Colleen is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a deep passion for healing and wellness. A graduate of the Douglas J Aveda Institute of Massage Therapy, she is skilled in a variety of massage modalities, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, reflexology, oncology massage, and vibrational raindrop therapy. She also offers the option to enhance treatments with hot stones and cupping. Additionally, Colleen is a certified Auricular Acupuncture Detox Specialist, bringing a unique dimension to her therapeutic offerings.

With an intuitive touch, Colleen customizes each session to meet the specific needs of her clients, blending nurturing comfort with therapeutic techniques. Her treatment style is fluid, grounding, and calming, emphasizing the belief that massage doesn't have to be painful to be effective. By prioritizing her clients' comfort and relaxation, Colleen achieves deep tissue results without causing discomfort.

In addition to her massage therapy expertise, Colleen is a REIKI Master and is currently pursuing board certification as a Doctor of Naturopathy.
